IT Customer Service Officers

 Requirements:

• Provide 1^st level troubleshooting skill over the phone.
• IT Savy & other ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Minimum educational level of ITE/Diploma
• Prior work experience as a customer service role in Call Center Environment
• A strong customer service mindset with good communication and problem solving skills.
• Singapore, PR and Malaysian only.
